    Pickles Logan

Pickles is kind of a big dill.

In 2015 Pickles was found, as a 2 month old puppy, on the side of Hwy 520. By the time he was 4 months old he had 2 heart surgeries and a life expectancy of up to 2 years. He became an oldie but a goodie as he grew up and became a jungle gym for the small dogs at the daycare. Pickles enjoyed bananas, sun bathing, and hanging out with Romeo (his best friend that happens to be a cat). Pickles passed away in 2023 but will never be forgotten.

From a young age, I was told I should work with dogs, but I wasn’t sure which path to take; so I explored them all. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding and improving the lives of dogs and their humans. I began in rescue and expanded my expertise to include nutrition, veterinary assisting, grooming, luxury pet care, teaching, and most importantly canine behavioral training. My passion lies in strengthening the bond between people and their four-legged companions, ensuring they stay together for a lifetime. Keeping dogs out of shelters isn’t just a goal—it’s my mission.

  • Jayson H.

Shift leader at Redmond. Pronouns: He/they.

I moved to Seattle after deciding England wasn't quite rainy and wet enough, and was instantly delighted to learn there are more breeds of dog than Dalmatians and Corgis. As a kid I loved to remind neighbors that I was born the year of the dog, and spent my afternoons going around and asking if I could walk their pets for free. Working with animals is truly what I believe I was meant to do in life! When I'm not with the Pickle Pack, I'm spending time with my husband and two cats.

  • Wolf H.

Team member @ Redmond. Pronouns: She/her

As a child I was always nose deep in books about all types of animals, and developed a soft spot for species and breeds that are often misunderstood. I'm from New York City and have lived in a variety of places, but in the PNW's breathtaking forests I have truly found my home. When outdoors you can find me rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, camping, and devouring vegan doughnuts. I also love comic books, cosplay, anime, video/board games, and rambling on and on about little known dog breeds and the nuances of Chinese teas.
