THE BIG DILL GUARANTEE

The groomer will text you a photo of your dog after they’ve been groomed so you can point out any changes that you’d like prior to pick up.

If your dog’s haircut still isn’t right or you see something you want changed let us know within 2 days and we’ll schedule a time to make it right. We want you to love your dog’s haircut!

Our goal is to teach dogs to relax during grooming and erase the fear caused by factory style salons. Your dog deserves the best service possible.

THE PICKLES DIFFERENCE

Bathing includes a bath, massage during bathing, ear cleaning, light brushing, undercoat & allergen blowout and drying. Generally, baths are available as à la carte visits or can be done during daycare and boarding. Please call or email your Playland of choice to confirm same day bath availability.

Services like nail and sanitary trims are available a la carte and can be added to visits.

INCLUDED IN A BATH

Grooming refers to cutting your dog’s hair and includes a full body haircut, full body massage with luxury shampoo during bathing, full body lavender infused aloe massage, ear cleaning, light brushing, full body undercoat and allergen blowout, teeth brushing, and nail trimming or filing.

WHAT’S IN A GROOM?

Our goal is 100% perfection while teaching your dog to relax for grooming. It’s a team effort when it comes to mats.

If your dog does have mats, let us know when booking or at drop off and we’ll let you know if the mats are workable, if they can be shaved, or if you should work on them at home.

Our groomers are paid on commission, and we want our groomers to stay happy! Cancellations and rescheduling can drastically affect a groomer’s ability to maintain their lifestyle, and also makes them feel unappreciated. Thank you for your understanding and supporting our hardworking team.

CANCELLATION POLICY

2 DAYS NOTICE

There is no charge if you notify us by email or phone by 7am, 2 days before your appointment.

e.g. If your visit is scheduled for Monday, to avoid a cancellation fee you should cancel or reschedule by 7am on Saturday morning

LESS THAN 2 DAYS NOTICE

After the 7am cutoff, but before the day of your appointment, the cancellation fee is 50% of the estimated visit cost.

SAME DAY & NO-SHOW

Same day cancelled or rescheduled grooming visits or appointment no-shows will be charged at 100% of the visit cost.

SHARING IS CARING

Your furry friend’s safety is our top priority!

The more we know, the better! So don’t forget to tell your groomer if your dog has been sedated or if your furry soulmate has grooming or handling related fears or sensitivities.
